Service
Engineering support from specification review to integrated equipment, delivery and after-sales enquiries.
Design to your specification
Share the rated voltage, capacity, vector group and required loss standard. Our team can review these inputs with the installation conditions to define a suitable configuration.
Factory testing and reports
Request factory test documentation and available type test reports for your project. Report availability and applicability depend on the selected equipment; confirm the model and required tests with the factory.
Export packing and transport
Export wooden-case packing can be arranged for the equipment. Share the destination, handling constraints and transport requirements so that packing and delivery arrangements can be agreed for the project.
Installation guidance and after-sales support
Contact the factory for installation guidance and after-sales support. Include the equipment model, site conditions and the issue you need help with so that the scope of support can be confirmed.
Substations and prefabricated cabins
Discuss integrated equipment for box-type substations, photovoltaic applications and energy storage cabins. Provide the primary and secondary equipment requirements and the site interface conditions.
Licensed for power construction
Besides manufacturing, the company is licensed to install and commission what it supplies: distribution lines, substations and solar or wind power connections up to 35 kV.
- Class 2 Power Engineering General Contracting Qualification
- Class 3 Licence for Installing, Repairing and Testing Power Facilities
- State Grid supplier qualification certificate
- Work Safety Licence and construction labour qualification
Copies of the licences are provided with project documents on request.
Our written commitments
12-month warranty
Defects from design or manufacture are repaired or the part replaced free of charge during the warranty period, with technical support for the life of the product.
Same-day response
Every service request is answered within the same working day, with a written quality analysis and corrective report when a problem is found.
20-year design life
Transformers are designed and built for a service life of at least 20 years in normal operation.
Witness inspection welcome
Buyers or their inspectors can visit during production and witness the factory tests; we notify you a week before key stages.
Shock recorder in transit
Large units travel with a time-stamped 3D impact recorder, checked together with you on arrival.
Complete on arrival
Units are unpacked and checked with you on site; any missing or damaged accessory is replaced free of charge.
Tests in our own laboratory
The in-house test bay has 19 sets of test equipment, including a comprehensive transformer test console, partial-discharge detector and impulse equipment. It can carry out:
- Winding insulation characteristics
- Voltage ratio and vector group
- Winding resistance
- Applied (power-frequency) voltage withstand
- Short-circuit impedance and load loss
- No-load loss and no-load current
- Induced voltage withstand
- Partial discharge
- Lightning impulse
- Switching impulse
- Temperature rise
- On-load tap changer tests
- Sound level
- Transformer oil tests
- Tightness test
- Tank mechanical strength
- Bushing and CT tests
Which tests are performed on your order (routine, type or special) is agreed in the technical specification. Type test reports from the national test centre are available on request.
