Which power products can I enquire about?
TBDL lists oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, box-type substations and switchgear. Check the product pages for the available series and ratings.
What six technical inputs help you prepare a transformer quotation?
Send rated capacity, primary and secondary voltage, vector group, impedance, cooling method and the required loss standard. The contact form has fields for all six.
What else should I include in the enquiry?
Add quantity, site altitude and ambient temperature, and any project specification or single-line diagram. The contact form accepts these details in the email draft.
Can the transformer be reviewed against my project specification?
The service team can review voltage, capacity, vector group, required loss standard and installation conditions before proposing a configuration.
Which routine tests are performed before shipment?
The quality page lists ratio, resistance, losses, impedance, applied-voltage and induced-voltage tests in the factory test bay for every unit.
Can I visit the factory or witness tests? Is a video tour available?
Buyers or their inspectors may visit during production and witness factory tests. Ask the team whether a video tour can be arranged; the site does not state its availability.
Can I obtain type test reports?
